Judge/Volunteer Training & Registration

Judge Training

Judges are required to attend one half-day training session (coaches are not allowed to attend) to help prepare you for your judging responsibilities. Judges will receive a Zoom link after completing registration. You only need to attend one of two offered online training sessions, you will receive your judging assignment at training.

As a reminder, judges will judge all day and will not be able to see the team’s performance so that we may provide consistent judging to all teams throughout the tournament day.

Volunteer Training

Volunteers are needed to help with the tournaments and we have many different roles to meet your interest. Visit our Volunteers Roles Description page for more information. Volunteers need to be available all day, but will only be scheduled for a 3 hour shift that will allow them to watch the long term performance of their children’s, relative’s or friend’s team. Teams cannot use a volunteer to satisfy the judge requirement. Volunteer. On Tournament day, volunteer duties could begin as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 5:00 PM.

Volunteers will receive their assignment approximately 7-10 days prior to the tournament and will receive on the job training at tournament. There is no required training for volunteers prior to tournament day.
